The Honeywell HPA164CV1 Air Purifier utilizes a True HEPA filter that greatly assists in the process of capturing up to a staggering 99.97% of microscopic allergens 0.3 microns or larger from the air that directly passes through the filter. The carbon pre-filter also works tremendously well in reducing unpleasant odours in the surrounding area. Incredibly compact in design, this air cleaner carries additional versatility with its strength of circulating air up to 4.8 times an hour in rooms as large as 170 square feet (15.8 square meters). The HPA164CV1 comes programmed with three levels of cleaning power and features a Turbo Clean setting, auto-shutoff timer, easy tap electronic controls and electric filter replacement reminders.

1. From the air that passes through the filter, 0.3 microns and larger, results are based on independent testing. Overall particle reduction depends on many factors including the amount of air processed, the pollutant type and the pollutant introduction rate into the environment.
2. Based on March 2018 Cascade Survey Research results reporting 48 out of 70 (69%) surveyed U.S. Allergists that recommend Honeywell as their first choice.
3. When operated with the odour reducing pre-filter. It is recommended to always use the pre-filter when operating this air purifier.
4. Based on 3rd party independent CADR testing for the smoke CADR value when operated at the highest level. Air changes per hour calculations are based on the smoke CADR value x 60 minutes divided by the listed room volume (LxWxH) assuming an 8-foot ceiling. Air circulation depends on many factors, such as room size and configuration. There is no guarantee that all of the air in a room will pass through the filter.
